Returns and exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges. Please choose the size carefully using our size guide, and message us on WhatsApp if you need help before you order.

Refunds

We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds as a general rule. A refund of up to half of the product price (shipping charges excluded) is given only when the product does not reach you because of a courier issue.

Payment

Half of the payment is taken to confirm your order. The other half is paid before shipping, after we show you the final product.
